Hey Dave ... I have spent hours going over ALL your videos, since I am new to RBT !!! Thank You for sharing your knowledge !! Question - I am in my early 60's and have been enduring a frozen shoulder for about 5 months now. The pain is much reduced but I simply cannot lift my elbow more than shoulder height. Is it okay to start working out, or should I rest the arms and shoulders until it thaws out. Any recommendations for specific exercises? I currently am doing mainly stretches and gentle exercises like pot-stirs with a 5 lb weight. Many thanks Dave !!!!

Great video. Do you think resistance bands alone build bone density. Weights are great and all, but can sometimes stress the joints out. Would like to know your thoughts on this subject. All we hear is that weight bearing is the only way to build bone density. Wanted to ask since you are a physical therapist .
Resistance bands will help stimulate bone density especially if you train on your feet to take advantage of gravity.
@TheBandGym Thank you for your insight.I've been doing a lot of research on this topic, and it all comes down to weight-bearing according to research and the bias and being very dogmatic. however, I do believe any kind of resistance is worth it, although there has to be more research on this subject.What are your thoughts. Is resistance bands better for bone health long term. Weight training has helped people with this and other benefits. We both know the heavier the weight, the more dangerous the exercise becomes.

I thought you should never put a heavier band up front due to possible stretch damage on the thinner back band.
It offers some benefits in training. Just be aware that lighter band will be doing 80% or more of the stretch resistance
I have a vertical pole I’d like to attached my resistance bands to. What is the best way to do this? What accessories would I want?

Training rotation is nice. Only thing that gets a bit tedious is hip rotation with the bands.
